Zeidman Development Customization Directory Update

Following Blackbaud’s site update (and possible before that) we noticed all the links to Blackbaud customizations in their knowledgebase broke. We are pleased to let you know that these have now been fixed. If you spot any errors or omissions from the customization directory then please feel free to contact us and we hope to rectify the error.

I’m very glad to hear this! I was concerned that, when they updated the website, they “cleaned up” the knowledgebase at the same time. Many links were broken and references dropped.
They seem to have solved their login issues as well; for a while there our staff had trouble accessing the online lessons without repeatedly logging in.

Yes, I was also concerned that they had simply removed a lot of these knowledgebase articles. Thankfully they had simply changed the format of the links
